经过成果璀璨的十年,我国西部大开发已全面进入第二阶段,除基础设施重点工程建设全面推进外,可再生能源利用,生态建设和环境保护也已成为西部城市在大开发中亟需解决的重要课题。文章从我国西部城市风电开发的必要性,到制约西部风电发展的各种因素,逐一进行了分析和探讨,并针对现阶段西部风电规模大、集中高、输电远、利用率低、技术相对落后等特点,对西部风电发展面临的战略转型进行了一定思考并提出相应的解决办法,以提高未来西部城市风电的竞争力,推动产业转型升级,实现了全国范围内能源资源的优化配置和可持续发展。
