The 27th meeting of the Ninth People’s Congress of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was passed at the 6th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress of Inner Mongolia on November 27, 1998 and promulgated by Announcement No.15 since January 10, 1999.
