以不结球白菜为试验材料,通过制作石蜡切片和显微镜观察,将花芽分化过程划分为6级:生长锥伸展期、花原基分化初期、花原基伸长期、花萼原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊和花瓣原基分化期。早抽薹材料09-1-328c叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜变化趋势一致,呈现缓慢升高,抽薹期降低的趋势;晚抽薹材料08-1P-89和中等耐抽薹材料08-1P-76色素变化趋势一致,在花芽分化时降低,完成分化后升高,抽薹期又下降。叶绿素a/b在早抽薹材料中呈现降低趋势,在晚抽薹材料中保持较稳定水平,叶绿素(a+b)/类胡萝卜素在花芽分化时比值降低,现蕾期又升高。
Using non-heading Chinese cabbage as experimental material, the flower bud differentiation process was divided into 6 stages by making paraffin sections and microscopic observation: growth cone growth stage, early stage differentiation of flower primordium, elongation stage of flower primordium, primordium differentiation of calyx, Basal differentiation, pistil and petal primordium differentiation. Chlorophyll a / b showed a decreasing trend in early bolting materials and a relatively stable level in late bolting materials. The ratio of chlorophyll (a + b) / carotenoid decreased at flower bud differentiation and increased at budding stage.
