阳极氧化硬质涂层处理可在铝材上形成硬质氧化层，涂装质量依赖于合金的质量，而表面平整度受合金特性和涂层厚度的影响。阳极氧化硬质涂层处理后的铝材提供了一种可以替代硬铬钢、不锈钢及盐浴淬火钢，是一种重量轻且经济合算的材料。
Anodized hard coating process can form a hard oxide layer on the aluminum, coating quality depends on the quality of the alloy, and the surface roughness by the alloy properties and coating thickness. Anodized hard-coated aluminum provides a lightweight and cost-effective alternative to hardened steel, stainless steel and salt bath hardened steels.
