中国石化集团公司山东省石油总公司从节支、清欠与扩大销售三方面入手,着力降低吨油成本,取得显著成效。今年头4个月与上年同期相比,多销售油品25.84万吨,费用开支却减少2671万元,吨油费用比去年同期降低了58元,比上年同期下降22%。 山东省石油总公司分析过去费用支出较高的原因时,发现应收账款居高不下、费用开支控制不严、销售量低是三个主要因素。因此他们针锋相对地采取了三条有力措施。
SINOPEC Shandong Petrochemical Company started with three aspects: saving expenditure, clearing debts and expanding sales. The Company focused on reducing the cost of tons of oil and achieved remarkable results. Compared with the same period of last year, the sales volume of oil products in the first 4 months of this year was 258,400 tons while the expenses for expenses decreased by 26.71 million yuan. The cost of ton of oil was reduced by 58 yuan over the same period of last year and decreased by 22% over the same period of last year. When analyzing the reasons for the relatively high expenses in the past, Shandong Petroleum Administration found that the high accounts receivable, the strict control of expenses and the low sales are the three main factors. Therefore, they tit-for-tat adopted three powerful measures.
