目的 :预防全筛切除术后术腔疤痕所致中鼻甲外侧移位和中鼻道再阻塞。方法 :分析53例采用中鼻甲内侧移位技术的全筛切除手术患者 ,同时与 4 2例未行中鼻甲内侧移位技术患者对比。结果 :53例患者 93侧鼻腔手术中 85侧鼻腔术后中鼻道是开放的 ,无粘连和窦口阻塞 ;未行中鼻甲内侧移位的 4 2例患者 74侧鼻腔手术中仅 53侧鼻腔中鼻道是开放的 ,与行中鼻甲内侧移位技术相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 5)。结论 :中鼻甲内侧移位技术能预防全筛切除术后疤痕所致中鼻甲外侧移位和中鼻道再阻塞。
OBJECTIVE: To prevent the lateral displacement of the medial turbinate and the occlusion of the middle nasal obstruction caused by the scars in the surgical cavity after total screen excision. METHODS: Fifty-three patients undergoing total-mesh excision with medial turbinate medial dislocation technique were compared with 42 patients undergoing untypical medial turbinate medial displacement. Results: In the 93 cases of nasal surgery, 85 cases of nasal cavity were opened in 85 cases after nasal surgery without adhesions and ostium obstruction. In the 42 cases without medial turbinate transposition, only 53 cases of nasal cavity The middle nasal passages were open, which was significantly different from that of medial turbinate (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Medial turbinate medial displacement technique can prevent the lateral shift of middle turbinate and middle meatus reocclusion caused by scar after total screen resection.
