学困生的转化是小学数学教师的一项常规工作。教师要善于研究学生、因材施教,让每个学困生都得到发展。还要注重学生学习习惯的培养,循序渐进地引导学生养成良好的学习习惯。
The transformation of students with learning difficulties is a routine work for elementary school math teachers. Teachers should be good at researching students and teaching them in accordance with their aptitudes so that every student who has difficulty in learning can develop.
