常规的转子轮毂与发电机主轴热套施工方案主要有两种:轮毂套轴方案和轴插轮毂方案,两种方案根据工程现场实际情况进行选用。雷打滩水电站因安装场垂直空间限制,并考虑工程实际特点和经济安全性,对两种施工方案进行了比选,最终采取了轴插轮毂方案。实践表明,采用轴插轮毂方案有效缩短了工期并降低了费用,可供其他类似工程参考和借鉴。
Conventional rotor hub and generator spindle heat sleeve construction program there are two main types: hub sleeve shaft and wheel hub program, two programs based on the actual situation of the project site selection.
