病人得到一张门诊处方是其求治的目的,开出一张门诊处方是医师诊治的最后结果,配发一张门诊处方是医院两个效益体现。所以,医院对门诊处方书写质量的监控是提高医疗质量的一个重要方面。我院自1993年开始成立专门机构,严格监控门诊处方的书写质量,收益颇丰,主要体会有以下几点:1.完善监控机构责任 我们按照山西省卫生厅“等级医院标准”要求,门诊部负责对处方书写质量进行管理和监督,每周进行一次,处方书写质量检查,并不定时抽查。记录结果,月终统计报医务科作为医疗质量评定的内容之一,对于门诊处方书写中出现的缺陷,每月进行分析后,反馈给有关科室,责令改正,由于责任明确,监控得力,使门诊处方质量不断提高。
The patient gets an out-patient prescription for the purpose of seeking treatment. Opening an out-patient prescription is the final result of the doctor’s diagnosis and treatment. Allocating an out-patient prescription is a reflection of the two benefits of the hospital. Therefore, the hospital’s monitoring of out-patient prescription writing quality is an important aspect of improving the quality of medical care. Since 1993, our institute has set up a special organization to strictly monitor the writing quality of outpatient prescriptions, which has yielded a lot of benefits. The main points are as follows: 1. Perfecting the responsibility of monitoring organizations We follow the “Hospital Standard” requirements of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Health. Responsible for managing and supervising the writing quality of prescriptions, once a week, checking the writing quality of prescriptions, and spot checks from time to time. Record the results, and report the monthly statistics to the Medical Department as one of the contents of the medical quality assessment. After analysis of the defects in outpatient prescription writing, analyze the results monthly and report back to the relevant departments, order corrections, make sure that the responsibility is clear, and the monitoring is effective. The quality of prescriptions continues to increase.
