前不久,聂荣臻元帅给中国人民解放军总政治部写信,明确指出了在当前部队中,在我们党内,存在着的一个严重问题——家庭对子女的教育问题。信中强调,这“不仅是个人家事,更是关系到党的信誉和国家长治久安的大计”。聂帅的信不仅对广大干部,特别是对党和军队的高级领导干部给予了深刻的启示和警策,对广大中青年父母和老年父母都有教育意义。为此,本刊编辑部和中国人民解放军总政治部老干部办公室邀请部分离休老干部就家庭教育问题进行了座谈。座谈会上,老干部们结合聂帅的来信和他们在家庭教育中的实践经验,畅谈了他们的切身体会,并且提出了许多很有见地的观点和问题,值得我们思考。
Not long ago, Marshal Nie Rongzhen wrote a letter to the General Political Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, clearly pointing out one of the serious problems that our party currently has in our party - the family education of children. The letter emphasizes that this “is not only a matter of personal family, but also a grand plan of the party’s credibility and long-term peace and stability of the country.” Nie Shuai’s letter not only gives profound revelations and warnings to the broad masses of cadres, especially senior leading cadres of the party and the army, but also has educational significance to the majority of young and middle-aged parents and elderly parents. To this end, the editorial department and the People’s Liberation Army General Political Department veteran office invited some retired veteran cadres on family education issues were discussed. During the forum, veteran cadres talked with Nie Shuai’s letter and their practical experience in family education to talk about their personal experiences and put forward many insightful opinions and questions that deserve our consideration.
