《压力容器安全技术监察规程》第29条明确规定:“盛装液化气体的压力容器设计储存量,不得超过下式的计算值:W=Φ_v·dt·V。式中:W为储存量(kg);V为压力容器容积(m~3);Φ_v为装量系数,一般取0.9,容积经实际测定者可取大于0.9,但不得大于0.95;dt为设计温度下的饱和液体密度(kg/m~3)。这对立式圆筒容器、球形容器要标出最高液位线是容易的。由于各液化气站在安装过程,各槽缸为了排污等操作需要,都存在一定的倾斜,这使卧式凸形封头容器的最高液位就难易确定。本文以标准椭圆形封头为例叙述卧式容器最高液位控制线的标定方法。
