我们试用塑性力学理论对自由锻过程进行理论探讨,得到了某些启示。锻造材料中的内部空隙由于局部屈服而变形,并通过周围材料的充分屈服而最后压合。线性空隙的锻合决定于静应力值。按照滑移线场的理论,在平砧双向压进的情况下,中心平面将出现Mannesmann效应。理论和实践都已证明,在中心面提高静应力的FM锻造法(无Mannosmann效应锻造法),可以避免Mannesmann效应。
We try the mechanics theory of plastic for free forging process of theoretical discussion, obtained some inspiration. The internal voids in the forging material deform due to local yielding and are finally lapped by sufficient yielding of the surrounding material. Forging linear gap determined by the static stress value. According to the theory of slip line field, the Mannesmann effect will appear in the center plane when the anvil is pressed in two directions. Both theory and practice have proved that the Mannesmann effect can be avoided by the FM forging method (without Mannosmann effect forging method) that increases the static stress at the center.
