目的掌握近几年厦门口岸卫生状况,为口岸卫生监管提供科学依据。方法对2012年-2014年微生物检验结果进行总结。结果共检验生活饮用水477份,不合格145份,不合格率为30.4%;共检验食品277份,不合格95份,不合格率为34.3%。不合格生活饮用水主要是菌落总数超标,菌落总数超标数量占总超标数量100%;食品微生物超标项目主要是菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌,各项目超标数量分别占总超标数量的77.89%、55.79%、3.16%、1.05%。海港口岸食品不合格率高于空港口岸食品。口岸餐饮店食品不合格率(42.13%)高于供机/轮食品(20.20%)。结论应加强口岸卫生监管,确保旅客饮食安全。为今后的卫生监督工作提供依据。
Objective To grasp the sanitary status of Xiamen Port in recent years and provide a scientific basis for port health supervision.
