本文报道13例服六氯对二甲苯治疗华枝睾吸虫病引起的急性溶血反应。对其中11例急性溶血的病因进行了探讨。通过临床表现、体征、家系调查以及实验室检查,证实全部病例系Hb-H病,部分复合Hb-Bart’s,均属α-地中海贫血。并对治疗和预防措施作了探讨。
This article reports 13 cases of taking hexachloro para-xylene treatment of acute testicular chelonia caused by hemolytic reaction. Eleven cases of acute hemolysis were explored. Through clinical manifestations, signs, pedigree investigation and laboratory tests, confirmed that all cases of Hb-H disease, part of the complex Hb-Bart’s, are alpha-thalassemia. And treatment and preventive measures were discussed.
