目的 探讨更年期功能性子宫出血的新疗法。方法 对无服药禁忌证、暂无手术适应证并自愿接受用药治疗的 40例病人 ,行诊刮止血并排除恶性病变后连续服用米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素治疗 3个月。结果 用药前后血清性激素水平差异有显著意义。 40例治疗期间均获得有效止血 ,停药后随访半年大多数病人进入绝经 ,少数病人月经改变为稀少 ,2例恢复正常月经。结论 米非司酮配伍甲基睾丸素能有效抑制子宫内膜增生 ,治疗效果满意。
Objective To explore new therapy for menopausal functional uterine bleeding. Methods 40 patients with no contraindications to medication, no indications of surgery and voluntarily receiving medication were treated with mifepristone and methyltestosterone for 3 months after taking curettage to stop bleeding and remove malignant lesions. Results before and after treatment of serum sex hormone levels have significant differences. During the treatment period, 40 patients received effective hemostasis. Most patients in the six-year follow-up after stopping were in menopause. Few patients experienced few menstrual changes and 2 returned to normal menstruation. Conclusions Mifepristone and methyltestosterone can inhibit endometrial hyperplasia effectively, and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
