介绍了新试剂胡椒基荧光酮 (PIF)的合成方法及过程。同时 ,初步研究了在CPB存在下PIF与铬的显色反应。结果表明 ,在 pH 8.5~ 10 .0的氯化铵 氨水缓冲介质中 ,Cr(Ⅵ )与PIF形成稳定的紫红色配合物
The synthesis method and process of piperonylfluorone (PIF), a new reagent, are introduced. At the same time, the color reaction of PIF with chromium in the presence of CPB was preliminary studied. The results show that Cr (Ⅵ) forms a stable purple complex with PIF in ammonium chloride aqueous ammonia buffer at pH 8.5-10.0
