研究超声波辅助提取法从知母中提取芒果苷的最佳工艺条件。采用单因素及正交实验,考察了乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率及固液比对芒果苷提取量的影响规律,用HPLC测定芒果苷含量。芒果苷提取工艺的最佳参数组合为乙醇体积分数60%、超声时间30min、超声功率为40W、固液比为1∶70(g/mL),在最佳参数组合下芒果苷的得率可达1.85%。以此方法提取,具有提取时间短、简单、收率高、无需加热等优点。
The optimum conditions of extracting mangiferin from Anemarrhena asphodeloides by ultrasonic-assisted extraction were studied. The effects of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of mangiferin were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The content of mangiferin was determined by HPLC. The optimum parameters of mangiferin extraction were 60% ethanol, 30 min ultrasonic time, 40 W ultrasonic power and 1:70 (g / mL) solid-to-liquid ratio. The yield of mangiferin under the optimal parameters was Up to 1.85%. Extracting in this way has the advantages of short extraction time, simpleness, high yield and no need of heating.
