一前言 ISO6892——84“金属材料拉伸试验方法”中4.7.4条“规定总伸长应力(Rt):总伸长(弹性伸长加塑性伸长)等于原标距(L_0)等规定百分比时的应力。所用符号应附以给出规定原标距百分比的下标。例如Rt_(0.5)。定义总伸长应力的国外标准较多,如ASTM、BS、NF、JIS。DIN等,并对屈服点或Rp_(0.2)在600N/mm~2以下的碳钢、低合金结构钢,用它来等效表示Rp。对于试验来说,测定总伸长应力比测定非比例伸长应力(Rp_(0.2)),效率高,而且方便,尤其适用于大批试验。对此,我们在参加修订GBZ28-76”金属拉力试验法“时,根据本厂产品材料,对Rp_(0.2)与Rt_(0.5)做了一些对比试验,提供大家参考。
