信息技术的发展使知识型员工面临着信息系统线上-线下的混合任务环境,拖延心理导致知识型员工需要对信息系统任务进行合理的规划,知识型员工的任务处理过程不再是简单的离散事件系统,而是一个员工心理与离散事件系统互动的过程.本文首先描述了知识型员工任务处理的心理过程;然后设计了二阶段决策的Q-learning算法实现知识型员工与任务处理的互动;最后通过大量的模拟实验,分析了记忆、决策心理和奖惩机制对信息系统任务处理的影响.
With the development of information technology, knowledge workers face the mixed task environment of online and offline of information system. Delaying the psychology leads knowledge workers to make rational planning of information system tasks. The task processing of knowledge workers is no longer simple Discrete event system, but a process of interaction between employee psychology and discrete event system.This paper first describes the psychological process of knowledge workers’ task processing, and then designs a two-stage decision-making Q-learning algorithm to realize the interaction between knowledge workers and task processing Finally, through a large number of simulation experiments, the impact of memory, decision-making psychology and rewards and punishments on the processing of information system tasks is analyzed.
