恒电位仪是进行电有机合成时必不可少的仪器。但国内现有恒电位仪难以控制精度及响应,使用极不方便。在这种情况下,我们参考国外有关文献,采用国产元器件,试制了性能较好的恒电位仪。它具有输出电压高(能满足导电性差的有机电解质的电解),输出电流高(可提高电解速率,缩短反应时间),电解过程中能自动过零(适于极化全过程和脉冲电解的研究),控制精度高及工作稳定等特点。经实验室初步试用,认为符合设计指标,能满足常规电解反应和小规模电合成工作的需要,电解产物之纯度与得率均较理想。仪器中大部分元器件都安装在一块印刷电路板上,成本低,可自行组装使用。
