:为了解我国职业足球教练员的应激源及消除方式 ,采用开放式问卷 ,对 38名甲 B足球队中方教练员进行了调查 ,并将所得资料通过意思相近的内容逐级归纳分析。得出教练员的应激源有自身素质和能力不足 ,实施计划难 ,比赛成绩的压力 ,队员的素质和能力差 ,队伍人员结构不稳定 ,社会外界的压力 ,俱乐部方面的压力 ,共 7个方面的因素。对应激的消除方式上 ,教练员们更多的采用积极性思维和行为调节方式 ,占反应总数的 6 0 .5 3% ,而回避性思维和行为调节的方式也占反应总数的 39.47%。这一结果基本上反映了我国职业足球教练员的应激源和消除方式的特点
In order to understand the stressors and elimination methods of professional football coaches in China, an open questionnaire was used to investigate 38 coaches of Chinese Class A football teams. The data were summarized and analyzed through similar contents. It is concluded that the stressors of coaches have their own qualities and abilities, the difficulties of implementing the plan, the pressure of competition results, the poor quality and ability of the team members, the instability of the team structure, the pressure from the outside world and the pressure from the club, a total of seven Factors. On the way of eliminating stress, coaches use more active thinking and behavioral adjustment methods, accounting for 60.33% of the total number of responses, while avoiding thinking and behavior adjustment also account for 39.47% of the total number of responses. This result basically reflects the characteristics of the stressors and elimination methods of professional football coaches in our country
