公文处理是各级党政机关的一项日常工作,单靠开会强调和定期通报,还不足以避免各种问题的产生。为了对这项工作做到常抓不懈,及时纠正公文处理中出现的问题,我院从1992年5月开始,在全区法院中实行了《公文处理差错通知单》制度。主要作法是:针对在报送公文中发现的具体问题,由高院办公室向发文单位填发统一印制的《公文处理差错通知单》,列举该公文存在的问题,提出改进意见,要求及时纠正。通知单采取一文一单的形式,统一编号,一式两份,一份寄发
