暑期已到,近来各地气温普遍上升,据合肥气象台报告,今年5月份最高温度达35℃,比去年同期高5℃,加之今夏雨量较少,气温将有突然上升的可能。为了防止中暑事故,保障劳动人民身体健康,促进工农业生产任务的顺利完成,特作如下通知:一、切实加强对防暑降温工作的领导。各市、县应即组织工业、交通、农业、劳动水利、卫生、民政和工会等有关部门成立防暑降温委员会,委员会下设办公室,抽调专人办公。各工业、交通运输的基层生产单位,应根据需要成立防暑降温小组或者指派专
