为证实“理规”健眼操能否促进眼部血液循环,采用美产Apagee-800型彩色多普勒,测定12~14岁初中学生30只眼视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度。结果发现“理视”健眼操前后,视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度分别为10.83±189cm/s和12.33±1.67cm/s,P<0.05。做“理视”健眼操后视网膜中央动脉的血流加速,其变化有显著意义。它对近视导致的视网膜脉络膜血循环速度减慢,可能会有重要的改善作用。
To confirm whether “Routine” eye exercises can promote ocular blood circulation, the apical systolic peak blood flow velocity was measured in 30 eyes of 12 ~ 14-year-old junior high school students by using American Apagee-800 color Doppler. The results showed that the peak blood flow velocity of the central retinal artery systolic phase was 10.83 ± 189cm / s and 12.33 ± 1.67cm / s respectively before and after “Ritzy” eye exercises, P <0.05. To do “reasonable” eye exercises retinal central artery blood flow acceleration, the change was significant. It slows down the retinal choroidal blood circulation caused by myopia, may have an important improvement.
