当前我们处于信息时代,社会发展过程中对信息资源的需求量不断增加,档案信息资源作为信息资源的重要组成部分,在当前社会和经济发展过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。为了能够更好的确保档案信息资源能够满足社会公众的需求,则需要提高档案信息资源的公共服务能力,使其为社会发展提供重要的信息支持。文中分析了加强档案信息资源公共服务能力的必然性,并进一步对提升档案信息资源公共服务能力的策略进行了具体的阐述。
At present, we are in an information age. The demand for information resources in the process of social development is constantly increasing. Archival information resources, as an important part of information resources, play a very important role in the current social and economic development. In order to be able to better ensure that archival information resources can meet the needs of the public, it is necessary to improve the public service capabilities of archival information resources so as to provide important information support for social development. This article analyzes the inevitability of strengthening the public service ability of file information resources and further elaborates the strategy of enhancing the public service ability of file information resources.
