为了研究SWE210型挖掘机无故障状态下在平硬路面上的行走跑偏特性,在Recur Dyn中建立了挖掘机动力学模型,对其进行了低、高速挡工况下在平硬路面上的行走跑偏数值模拟,并进行了行走跑偏试验,数值模拟与试验结果较好吻合。研究结果表明:SWE210型挖掘机以低速挡在平硬路面上行驶时,跑偏量与行走距离大致服从线性分布,但在高速挡下并不服从;当行驶距离相同时,低速挡下的挖掘机行走跑偏量明显小于高速挡下的行走跑偏量;运用Recur Dyn对挖掘机进行行走跑偏仿真具有较高精度,为今后挖掘机行走效率的研究和挖掘机履带系统的结构优化提供了一种新的方法。
In order to study the running deviation characteristics of the SWE210 excavator on a flat and hard pavement without any fault, an excavator dynamics model was set up in Recur Dyn. The excavator dynamics model was established on a flat and hard pavement under low and high speed conditions Walking deviation numerical simulation, and walking deviation test, numerical simulation and experimental results are in good agreement. The results show that when the SWE210 excavator travels on a flat hard road with a low speed gear, the deviation and the travel distance generally follow a linear distribution, but do not obey in the high speed gear. When the driving distance is the same, The running deviation is obviously less than the walking deviation in high speed gear. Recur Dyn is used to simulate the running deviation of the excavator with high precision, which provides the research on the walking efficiency of the excavator and the structural optimization of the excavator’s crawler system in the future A new method.
