目的：探讨颊癌生长前沿细胞的增殖活性及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法：用抗PCNA和AgNoRs染色分析叙例有、无转移颊癌中生长前沿区细胞和中央区细胞的增殖活性。结果：生长前治区细胞的增殖活性高于中央区（P＜0．05），有转移组前治区细胞的增殖活性高于无转移组（P＜0．05）。结论：检测颊癌生长前治区细胞的增殖活性，有助于预测颇癌的浸润转移能力，判断患者的预后。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the proliferative activity of the cells at the front edge of buccal cancer and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. METHODS: The proliferative activity of cells in the growth front and central regions of cheek cancer with or without metastasis was analyzed by anti-PCNA and AgNoRs staining. Results: The proliferative activity of cells in the pre-treatment area was higher than that in the central area (P<0.05). The proliferative activity of the cells in the pre-treatment area of the metastatic group was higher than that in the non-metastatic group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Detecting the proliferation activity of cells in the precancerous region of buccal carcinoma can help to predict the invasiveness and metastasis of cancer and determine the prognosis of patients.
