本试验以啤酒大麦的植株外观特征为依据,划分了四个不同收获时期。初步研究了不同收获时期对啤酒大麦品质的影响。结果表明,在收获适期内,收获时间越早,籽粒色泽越浅,蛋白质含量越低,种子发芽率越高。种皮厚度与收获时间的早晚无关。千粒重呈单峰曲线变化。以第Ⅲ收获期最高。适时早收可提高干粒重、发芽率,降低蛋白质含量和达到理想的色泽。在我地,啤酒大麦的最佳收获期应在本试验的第Ⅱ与第Ⅲ收获期之间,相当于蜡熟中期与蜡熟末期之间。
Based on the appearance characteristics of the plant of barley, the experiment divided four different harvesting periods. The effects of different harvesting periods on the quality of beer barley were preliminarily studied. The results showed that the earlier harvesting time, the lighter the grain color, the lower the protein content, the higher the seed germination rate during the harvesting period. Seed coat thickness has nothing to do with the harvest time. Thousand grain weight showed a single peak curve changes. The highest harvest period III. Early harvest can increase dry weight, germination rate, reduce protein content and achieve the desired color. In my area, the best harvest period of beer barley should be between the second and the third harvest of this test, which is equivalent to the middle of the ripening and the end of the ripening.
