1乙醇代谢酒精诱导氧化应激与乙醇代谢有关。人体内存在三种酒精代谢途径,涉及以下一些酶类:乙醇脱氢酶、微粒体乙醇氧化系统(MEOS)和过氧化氢酶。这些途径均可产生自由基,从而影响抗氧化系统。乙醇代谢的经典途径是,在乙醇脱氢酶的作用下,乙醇被催化为乙醛,在此过程中形成自由基,并伴随着NADH水平和NADHMAD+比例的改变[1]。乙醇被适量摄入后,大部分在肝脏中被酒精脱氢酶代谢。
1 alcohol metabolism alcohol-induced oxidative stress and ethanol metabolism. There are three alcohol metabolism pathways in the body that involve enzymes such as alcohol dehydrogenase, microsomal alcohol oxidation system (MEOS), and catalase. These pathways produce free radicals that affect the antioxidant system. The classic pathway for ethanol metabolism is that ethanol is catalyzed to acetaldehyde by the action of alcohol dehydrogenase, forming free radicals during this process, accompanied by changes in NADH levels and NADHMAD + ratio [1]. Ethanol is moderate intake, most of the liver by alcohol dehydrogenase metabolism.
