血浆置换术(Plasmapheresis,PLP)系血液净化法之一。其血浆分离法有离心分离法和膜式分离法。操作技术并不复杂,即通过去除血浆而排出血液中的致病物质,然后再补充血浆或血浆成分,将患者的红细胞及其他有形成分再输返给患者,此法为单用药物治疗以及透析无效的疾患提供了一个安全的替代或辅助疗法。
