目前在木材生產大躍进中,中楞到材不足且加分散的現象越来越突出。現在中楞存材虽有六十多万立方公尺,但因楞場分散,还不能滿足今冬运材的需要,使运材不能充分发揮效能。有的森铁为了揀楞底子而延長了裝車时間;有的楞底子由于湊車不足而不得不暫时丢掉;也有的由于裝汽車不及时而影响了行車次数。在全面大躍进中,一般情况是山下快于山上,运材快于集材,汽車运材实現了列車化,森铁已实現了長达列車,并且冰道运材的比重也很大,因此集材工作能否滿足运材需要,是当前整个生產过程的关键,必須狠狠抓住这个环節。今冬的集材量不僅要保証当年的需要,而且更需为明年第一季度准备百分之四十到五十
