新思想培养“高精尖”人才林尚斌随着社会的发展,我国医疗卫生行业的信息化工作已经广泛地开展起来。但与其他行业相比,发展速度较慢,至今没有走入正轨。10余年来,除了系统开发工具随着社会的进步以及新平台的出现而不断改变外,其本质上的内容并没有发生太大变化,大多数医院还在用十几年前已经实现了的系统。为什么医院的信息化工作会发展得这样慢呢?原因是多方面的:
