本文应用形态计量学的方法,以氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)作为阳性对照药物。研究了BEL-7402肝癌细胞经LZ-410盼生安作用后细胞及细胞核的15个形态计量学参数的变化。结果表明细胞及细胞核的面积、周长、最大直径、最小直径、等效直径、等效体积、核浆比均随剂量加大而减小,说明LZ-410可使细胞及细胞核明显缩小;其中细胞及细胞核等效体积随剂量增大而减小幅度最大,细胞及细胞核面积随剂量增大而减小幅度其次。细胞核各参数的降低,尤其核浆比的降低,揭示细胞恶性程度似有所降低。各参数与药后之间有较好的剂量依赖关系,呈负相关。各参数与药物时间的关系研究表明,LZ-410盼生安对肝癌细胞作用时间的长短对形态计量学参数影响不大。
In this paper, morphometric method was used to use 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) as a positive control drug. The changes of 15 morphometric parameters of cells and nucleus after BEL-7402 hepatoma cells were treated with LZ-410 Pancian was studied. The results showed that the area, perimeter, maximum diameter, minimum diameter, equivalent diameter, equivalent volume, and ratio of nuclear to cytoplasm of cells and nucleus were all decreased with increasing doses, indicating that LZ-410 can significantly reduce the cell and nucleus; The equivalent volume of cells and nuclei decreased with the increase of dose, and the area of cells and nuclei decreased with the increase of dose. The reduction of various parameters of the nucleus, especially the reduction of the nuclear-to-plasma ratio, revealed that the degree of malignancy of the cells seemed to decrease. There was a good dose-dependent relationship between each parameter and drug, showing a negative correlation. The relationship between parameters and drug time shows that LZ-410 Pan Shengan has little effect on the morphometric parameters of liver cancer cells.
