在这么困难的情况下,第三季度经济发展取得这样的成绩很不容易。我下面重点讲一讲问题,我觉得对当前经济形势的把握,既要有充分的信心,但是也必须高度重视经济运行中的困难。要把困难估计充分,把解决困难的举措不断完善,才是真正的信心所在。第一,判断经济形势,不能光看GDP增速、稳增长怎么样,更要看我们是靠什么稳增长的,稳增长的动力怎么样?稳增长的举措是否可持续?稳增
