通过盆栽试验观察了土壤因子对B2菌防治南方根结线虫的影响。结果表明, B2 菌防治根结线虫2龄幼虫在稻田土和塘坭土中效果较好,幼虫减退率分别为84.94%和80.27%,根结减退率分别为64.44%和60.44%;其次是晒干土、化肥土和灭菌土,幼虫减退率分别为75.45%、72.89%和70.03%,根结减退率分别为58.17%、57.18%和58.78%;而B2 菌在鸡粪土、砂质土和菌肥土中效果较差,幼虫减退率分别为37. 95%、50.30%和59.99%,根结减退率分别为28.42%、37.81%和41.11%,与上述各处理之间差异显著。
The effects of soil factors on the prevention and control of Meloidogyne incognita by B2 strain were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the second-stage larvae of B2 fungi were effective in paddy soils and ponds, with the reduction rates of larvae of 84.94% and 80.27%, respectively. The root knot-reduction rates were 64.44% and 60.44%, respectively. The reduction rates of dry soil, chemical fertilizer soil and sterilized soil and larvae were 75.45%, 72.89% and 70.03%, respectively, and the root knot reduction rates were 58.17%, 57.18% and 58.78% The results showed that the soil fertility of the soil was poor, and the rate of larvae reduction was 37. 95%, 50.30% and 59.99% respectively. The root knot regression rates were 28.42%, 37.81% and 41.11%, respectively, which were significantly different from those of the above treatments.
