阴道分娩与剖它产都可发生晚期产后出血。我院产科1989年1月-1999年1月收治60例晚期产后大出血患者，现报告分析如下。1资料与方法60例患者中，年龄20-43岁。其中初产妇58例，经产、妇2例。有人流史12例（占20％）。60例患者均为足月妊娠，占同期住院分娩总数的0．28％（＆）A1 Vaginal delivery and dissection of its production can occur late postpartum hemorrhage.
