职业素质是劳动者对社会职业了解与适应能力的一种综合体现,主要包括职业素养(职业道德和产业文化素养)、专业素质和创新素质等。这些素质的养成与否,决定了预就业者在就业、发展或创业等各方面的能力,如何培养化学工艺专业学生的职业素质应是教育教学、教研教改的重点,下面笔者结合多年的教育教学经验与教研教改工作体会谈谈自己的看法。一、“化学工艺”专业学生的职业素质要求(一)学生目前的状况。
