一、原料:猪腦下垂体前叶二、原材料: 1.无水丙酮(C.P.或A.R.) 2.冰醋酸(C.P) 3.乙醚(比重不超过0.715) 4.氯化鈉(A.R.或C.P.) 5.甲醇(C.P.) 三、性狀:水品为白色或米黄色无晶形粉末、易潮解而失去效用,能溶于水、60—70%酒精和丙酮中,有抗热性,但在硷性溶液中加热則被破坏,在酸性溶液中则很隐定。四、工艺过程: 1.腦下垂体前叶粉的制备: 猪自放血杀死后一小时內將腦下垂体取出,投入10倍的無水丙酮中浸24小时,以紗布过濾,並换新鲜丙酮再浸24小时,过滤,再用丙酮浸24小时,如此浸渍三次后,腦下垂体中的水份及部份脂肪可以除去,最后可保存于第四次之新鮮丙酮中,再用镊子將腦下垂体前后叶分离,分别置于搪瓷盤中,以風扇吹去剩余丙酮,置石灰箱中干燥后即可在研缽中磨碎,以能通过40孔篩眼为宜,含水量应在60%以下。后叶粉可作为制催产素、加血压素等的原料。最后將前叶粉分裝于干燥小口瓶內,抽去空气,貯于寒冷处,可保存二年。2.促腎上腺皮质激素的抽提:
