河北省总工会办公室报道河北省人大常委会拟立法保护农民工权益。正在审议的《河北省农民工权益保障条例(草案)》规定,用人单位不得与农民工约定减轻或免除其对农民工因工伤亡或者患职业病应当承担的法定责任。约定减轻或者免除责任的,约定无效。用人单位未向农民工提供符合国家标准或者行业标准的劳动防护用品和劳动防护设施的,由县级以上人民政府安全生产监督管理部门责令限期改正;逾期不改正的,责令停产停业整顿,可以并处5万元以下罚
