1病例报告患者男,23岁,主因右腰部胀痛伴右腹部隆起1个月余入院,无尿频、尿急及尿痛,无发热及寒战等不适。查体:体温35.8℃,脉搏90/min,呼吸20/min,血压140/80mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。右侧腰部饱满,右腹部可触及12cm×15cm质中肿物,活动差,界限不清,肝角触及不满意,双肾区无叩痛,输尿管走形无压痛,
1 case report Male, 23 years old, mainly due to right lower back pain with right abdominal bulge more than 1 month hospitalization, no urinary frequency, urgency and dysuria, no fever and chills and other discomfort. Right waist full, right abdomen can reach 12cm × 15cm mass in the mass, poor activity, the boundaries are unclear, the liver angle is not satisfied, no percussion pain in the kidneys, ureter no tenderness,
