以制剂稳定性为考察指标，选择乙醇浓度、乙醇液pH值，配液时药液的pH值三个因素，每个因素取三个水平的正交试验，解决了乳腺康注射液澄明度问题．选出了最佳工艺为A3B3C。
Taking the stability of the preparation as the inspection index, three factors were selected: the concentration of ethanol, the pH of the ethanol solution, and the pH of the liquid when dosing the liquid. Three orthogonal tests were used for each factor, which solved the problem of clarity of the maikang injectable solution. . The best process selected was A3B3C.
