目的:采用不同医用多酶洗液的洗涤实验,以确定其洗涤效果评价方法。方法:借助于超声波清洗器,采用多酶底物毛细管法和猪血毛细管法及猪血污布法评价多酶洗液的清洗效果。结果:在毛细管法中,毛细管洁净率最高的是郑酶1号;当采用污布法时,郑酶1号对猪血污布的洁净度高于其它三种。从去污值和去污值提高率看,郑酶1号也明显高于其它几种,分别为302.52%和210.37%,然后依次为3M(161.82%,66.02%),点而康(157.91%,62.01%),万福金安(146.74%,50.55%)。结论:多酶洗液对有机污物有很好的清洗效果,毛细管法和污布法用于评价多酶洗液的洗涤效果有一定的参考价值。
Objective: To adopt different medical multi-enzyme washing test to determine the washing effect evaluation method. Methods: The cleaning effect of multi-enzyme washing solution was evaluated by means of ultrasonic cleaner, multi-enzyme substrate capillary method and porcine blood capillary method and porcine blood smear method. Results: In the capillary method, the highest capillary cleaning rate is Zheng enzyme 1; when using the fouling method, Zheng enzyme 1 has a higher degree of cleanliness than the other three. From the decontamination value and the rate of improvement of decontamination value, Zheng enzyme 1 was also significantly higher than the other several species, which were 302.52% and 210.37% respectively, followed by 3M (161.82%, 66.02%), point and Kang (157.91% , 62.01%), Wanfu Jin’an (146.74%, 50.55%). Conclusion: The multi-enzyme washing solution has a good cleaning effect on organic contaminants. The capillary method and the fouling method are of certain reference value for evaluating the washing effect of the multi-enzyme washing solution.
