为了加强领导干部的思想作风建设,严格对党政机关干部公务出国的管理,控制过多过滥的公费出国活动,防止以各种名义公费出国(境)旅游等不正之风的发生,现就我省党政机关县(处)级以上领导干部公务出国(境)的有关问题作出如下规定:一、县(处)级以上干部必须模范地遵守因公出国(境)方面的政策规定,根据工作需要,按照保证质量、讲求实效、精简节约的原则组派出国团组、选派出国人员、参与出访活动。二、县(处)级以上干部出国(境)访问、考察,必须有明确的公务目的和实质性内容。严禁目的不明确和内容不具体的出访。
