扭振测量对旋转机械故障监测与诊断有重要意义。为测量扭振,在轴的两端安装具有等转角间隔的码盘。测量等分转角经过的时间间隔,可以得到扭振的信息。由于码盘和转轴不同心和在用联轴节联接码盘和轴端时其转速比变动,扭振测量结果会有误差。本文提出用计算结合在低速运转下的测量来进行校正和补偿的方法。还需要在测扭振传感器获得的振动信号中把横振引起的信号分离出去。研制了相应的软件。采用上述方法测量精度将得到改善。
Torsional vibration measurement is of great significance to the monitoring and diagnosis of rotating machinery faults.
