银行应通过树立与客户平等互利的意识、积极参加自律组织及完善技术手段等方式来加强客户金融隐私权的保护在金融市场虚拟网络化、金融电子全球化的发展浪潮下,金融信息所能发挥的潜力不可估量,但同时如何保护这些金融信息不被泄漏、不被人所利用更值得关注,这涉及到金融隐私权问题。因此,银行如果要在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,那就必须加强对客户金融隐私权的保护。
