页岩陶粒是页岩经破碎、筛分后,在回转窑内高温快速烧胀而成的人造轻骨料。页岩陶粒混凝土具有自重轻、隔热性能好、能防火等优点。与普通混凝土相比,约轻25~50%,用做结构构件,可降低重量25%以上,是改革墙体结构的重要材料之一。目前国外轻骨料混凝土中,页岩陶粒应用较为广泛。为了满足首都兴建高层建筑的需要,我们曾对页岩陶粒混凝土材性和成型工艺进行
Shale ceramsite is a man-made lightweight aggregate produced by high temperature rapid swell in shale kiln after crushing and screening. Shale ceramsite concrete has the advantages of light weight, good heat insulation performance, and fire resistance. Compared with ordinary concrete, about 25 to 50% lighter, used as a structural member, can reduce the weight of more than 25%, is one of the important materials to reform the wall structure. At present, shale ceramsite is widely used in foreign lightweight aggregate concrete. In order to meet the needs of the capital for the construction of high-rise buildings, we have conducted the shale ceramsite concrete properties and forming process.
