双相情感障碍共病强迫症在临床中越来越常见，日益受临床医师重视。本文就双相情感障碍共病强迫症的流行病学、临床特点、神经生化和治疗等进行综述，为临床医生识别共病的临床症状提供参考，对其神经生化机制进行阐述，并为双相情感障碍共病强迫症的治疗提供一定的参考。“,”Bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder comorbidity is becoming more and more common and has aroused clinical physicians\' increasing interest. This review summarizes the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, neurobiochemistry, and treatment of comorbid bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder and discusses the neurobiochemical mechanism. Findings from this review will provide evidence for identifying the clinical symptoms of bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder comorbidity and for treatment of the comorbidity.
