目前国内生产的珩磨机按其驱动方式分为机械、液压—机械两类。但无论那种型式,珩磨头的旋转运动还都是机械传动的。其变速系统较为复杂,并且只能是有级变速。长期以来,我厂所需的缸筒类另件,都只能采用人工研磨办法,既费工时,劳动强度又大。为此,我们设计了一台全液压珩磨机。经使用表明,它比其他同类型机床具有以下特点: 1.机床的运动全部由液压传动实现,结构简单、操作方便、稳定可靠。
