目的研究戊二醛溶液中甲醛含量检测方法,为戊二醛消毒液质量监测提供参考。方法利用甲醛与乙酰丙酮反应生成黄色沉淀的原理,通过分光光度法测定戊二醛消毒液中甲醛含量。结果在过量铵盐存在下,甲醛与乙酰丙酮反应生成的黄色化合物在414 nm波长下有最大吸收峰。甲醛标准曲线线性系数为R=0.9995,随着戊二醛混合液中甲醛添加量的增加,甲醛的回收率>90%。结论该方法能够快速有效检测戊二醛溶液中的甲醛含量,灵敏度高、干扰小,具有较强的实用性。
Objective To study the method for the determination of formaldehyde in glutaraldehyde solution and provide reference for the quality monitoring of glutaraldehyde disinfectant. Methods The principle of reaction of formaldehyde and acetylacetone to form yellow precipitate was used. The content of formaldehyde in glutaraldehyde disinfectant was determined by spectrophotometry. Results In the presence of excess ammonium salt, the yellow compound formed by the reaction of formaldehyde and acetylacetone has the maximum absorption peak at 414 nm. The linearity coefficient of formaldehyde standard curve was R = 0.9995. With the increase of formaldehyde in glutaraldehyde mixture, the recovery of formaldehyde was> 90%. Conclusion The method can quickly and effectively detect formaldehyde content in glutaraldehyde solution with high sensitivity and less interference, and has strong practicability.
