用高脂饮食辅以实验性高血压建立家兔冠状动脉粥样硬化模型,在模型稳定建立的基础上,研究去甲肾上腺素对冠状动脉粥样硬化的影响。结果表明,长期注射去甲肾上腺素能加重冠状动脉粥样硬化,并促进平滑肌细胞增生。
Coronary atherosclerosis model was established by using high-fat diet supplemented with experimental hypertension. Based on the model establishment, the effect of norepinephrine on coronary atherosclerosis was studied. The results show that long-term injection of norepinephrine can aggravate coronary atherosclerosis and promote smooth muscle cell proliferation.
